We’re riding clockwise to the West of York to avoid the Marathon and get a tailwind home. The number of Groups, will depend on the number of people riding. There could be the option of a shorter or longer route too.
Setting off gently over the Millennium Bridge to head South through Bishopthorpe to Appleton Roebuck. West in to the slight breeze for Bolton Percy, up to Tadcaster, Walton and Wetherby. The shorter route goes up to North Deighton, whereas the longer route loops out to Spofforth and Little Ribston then both rejoin to Cowthorpe. Carrying on East with the wind to Tockwith, Long Marston, Rufforth. Then in to York through Acomb and back over the Millennium Bridge.
There will be an optional cafe stop on return to Cycle Heaven.

The longer route goes out to Spofforth and Little Ribston, the shorter to North Deighton where they both meet to Cowthorpe. Wind assisted to Tockwith, Long Marston, Askham Richard, Askham Bryan and back in to York up Tadcaster Road and through the Knavesmire. There will be an optional cafe stop at Cycle Heaven.
